Resilience Redefined: Addressing Behaviors that Challenge When We are Exhausted

April 10, 2024 60 minutes

Home Visitors have the unique opportunity to support families as they address children’s behaviors that are challenging. Being strength-based can be a difficult task when adults feel exhausted themselves. A relationship-based care approach to responding to children’s behaviors supports providers as they address children’s behaviors that they and families may experience. This webinar will provide strategies that support the provider’s in addressing the challenging behavior while considering the child’s development, the home visitor’s relationship with the child, and their relationships within their family.
